Pharmacy

I collect my repeat prescription form this pharmacy on a monthly basis. Quite often they do not have a sufficient number of the tablets I require. If so I am given an "IOU". On one occasion I was given an incorrect number of tablets and had to go back for more. In July 2015 again when I got home I found I had not been given the correct amount, but no IOU. On return to the pharmacy, I was told they had insufficient stock and was THEN given an IOU. No explanation or apology was offered and the dispenser's attitude to me appeared to lack courtesy. I have made a compalint about this via the CCG and NHS England and the pharmacy responded with what I believe to be a dismissive attitude towards the lack of courtesy which they seemed to think was excusable.
