communication with patients

i don't feel the staff are very helpful at all. i went to get my prescription and they told me part of it hadnt come in so i needed to go back and pick up the rest. i went back and they told me they wouldnt give me my prescription and the conversation never happened with them. they said they had already given me my medication and nothing was missing. there was a lot missing.
