Have you had an NHS video appointment? Take our survey.

Do you have five minutes to help us with a Digital Review of Health Services in Lancashire?

We’ve all seen a lot of change this year. This includes the way we access NHS services. To continue supporting people during the Covid-19 pandemic many services have developed digital solutions, such as conducting appointments via video rather than face-to-face.

That’s why we’re working with Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust to understand the experiences of people who have accessed these new digital approaches.

If you have had a video appointment or consultation this year, we want to hear your experience.  Our new survey, is quick to complete and asks a range of simple questions, including:

  • Did you feel comfortable about having a digital appointment?
  • Did you feel safe using this digital service?
  • How could we improve the digital service that you received?

Your responses will help to shape the future of digital care options for the county and beyond. The survey runs until Friday the 1st of January. We appreciate your time and your effort to help services improve.

This survey is the result of a collaboration between the Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust and Healthwatch Together.

The Trust has put together the letter below to explain, in their words, the aims of the survey.
