Healthwatch Together Vaccine Hesitancy Survey

Healthwatch Together (HWT) want to hear your experiences of the Covid-19 vaccination programme. To support the NHS, we want to understand why some people chose to have the vaccine, and why others decided against having it, whether this was due to personal choice or other factors. We also want to hear about any barriers which made the vaccination programme difficult or inaccessible for people.

We have created an online survey, open to anyone living or working in Lancashire and South Cumbria, to capture people’s experiences, thoughts and feelings about the Covid-19 vaccinations. Completing this survey will be an opportunity for you to have your say and shape developments locally.

Your responses will be used to help inform the NHS business plan from 2023 and learning from this project could be shared and adopted to provide insight into other vaccination programmes, for example, the seasonal flu vaccination.

All responses will be anonymous, and your individual views will be combined with those of other respondents from this survey and analysed at a combined level. The analysed responses will be used to produce a series of reports which will be shared with the Integrated Care System and relevant stakeholders, before being published for the public to view.
