Healthier and Happier Lives
We know that services are more successful when people using the services are involved as much as possible.
We are supporting the Wyre Rural Extended Network (WREN) Primary Care Network (PCN) to understand their patients’ experiences and how they can support their local community to live and lead healthy lives.
The Wyre Rural Extended Network PCN includes the following GP practices:
- Garstang Medical Practice
- Great Eccleston Health Centre
- Over-Wyre Medical Centre
- Kirkham Health Centre
- Ash Tree House Surgery
A PCN is a group of GP practices who work in collaboration to drive improvements in local healthcare and work towards more integrated and personalised care.
During the month of April, we will be engaging with residents of the Wyre District including Garstang, Great Eccleston, Preesall and Kirkham through pop-up events, listening cafes and attendance at community groups.
