Individuals and organisations have the right to express their views about the performance of Healthwatch Lancashire and the way in which it conducts its business.
Anyone who is dissatisfied with any aspect of the service received by Healthwatch Lancashire can make a complaint under Healthwatch Lancashire’s complaints policy.
Our Decision Making Policy
Healthwatch Lancashire wishes to ensure that the way it makes decisions and the outcome of any decisions made is transparent. We also wish to ensure that we always put the interests of the people of Lancashire first. Healthwatch Lancashire has therefore adopted the following decision‐making policy, which also aim to ensure that all decisions are evidence‐based and are made in a consistent and fair way.
