Anne Goodwin – East Lancashire MNVP Lead
“Hi, I am Anne Goodwin and I am the Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) Lead for East Lancashire. I provide a focus for service user involvement and coproduction with service providers that they use throughout the antenatal, perinatal and postnatal period. I am passionate about ensuring equity of access to excellent and safe maternity and neonatal care, choice and personalisation of the maternity journey and informed consent with clear and consistent evidence-based communication of the risk and benefits of the options offered. I particularly aim to engage with seldom heard communities and those whose baby is admitted to Neonatal Intensive Care.
The East Lancashire footprint covers Ribble Valley, Hyndburn, Pendle, Burnley, Rossendale and Blackburn with Darwen, and maps onto the East Lancashire Hospitals Trust (ELHT) service area.
