There seems to be different staff on everyday. Due to my allergies my family bring my food in.

It is not what I expected, some staff are good and have plenty of time for you. The foreign staff, especially at night time can not understand you and it is not a pleasant environment. The rehabilitation is OK and the exercises are good. The breakfast is really good. It is very hot here and maybe this needs to be looked at.

Most of the time I am happy with my treatment.
A very intimidating man was unhelpful when assistance was required to go to the toilet, he stood there staring at me, this was during the night shift.
I feel the place has too many people here and less staff.
The cleaning is an issue here.
The food is really good especially the salad.

It feels a lot more relaxed here and the staff are really sweet. They have attended to me when I have needed assistance. It has been quite a journey to get radiotherapy. I am a vegetarian and it is difficult to choose meals.

Everybody here at Spiral have been really good with me. They have helped me with everything since I have been here. So far it has been really good for me.

The staff here are very good but the night time staff have a serious attitude problem and this is not acceptable.
I have complained as I feel this is not fair for the other staff who try really hard.

Nurses in white uniform are good, the other are not, I have raised concerns with people in charge but heard nothing back. There seems to be lack of communication and too many wrong diagnosis.

The staff here are so kind, if I could give them a higher rating than 5 then I would.
