Progress Lifeline is an easy-to-use personal emergency response system that enables people to remain independent and more confident in their own homes. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nIn the event of a domestic or medical emergency, customers can alert our dedicated control centre by pressing either the emergency illuminated button on their telephone or the push button on their pendant alarm. Depending on the nature of the call, the control centre will alert the emergency services, the doctor or a nominated emergency contact and key-holder. \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nThe service can be used to provide long-term comfort and independence to anyone who may be at risk in their home or short-term peace of mind, for instance, whilst recovering from illness. It also gives reassurance to family and carers.\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\n\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\r\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\nWe have been providing monitoring services throughout Lancashire for 25 years.
