Long waits to see doctor

They seem only interested in annual reviews which gives them an extra £30 to £50 per review.which has another dark side which is that the review is designed to persuade you that you do not need certain medication you just need to change your lifestyle.in other words the gp takes away your meds and gets paid extra for doing so.

lot of doctors in one place not like it used to be where you would see the same doctor.

Referrals are a nightmare

I contacted the surgery regarding a referral about a relative and have had a lot of trouble in accessing support for my family. I am currently on a waiting list for additional support and have tried to make contact to see if there is an update or way to expedite the situation. I have really struggled to get in touch with the surgery and dont know where I can go for support.
Hard to get an appointment

I have been trying to get an appointment for a while now. When I ring around 8 am there is always a queue and I am told that all appointments have been given out. I need to see someone and I am fed up of always being fobbed off.
