Mr Stephen Hanlon and staff are Wonderful.

I have been a patient for many years and cannot praise Mr Hanlon and staff highly enough.My only gripe is that although my son and his family would love to be taken on as patients,the practice is always full for NHS patients.

Reception staff arrogant and unhelpful

I find the attitude of the reception staff to be unhelpful and rude. They condescend and forget they work in a customer facing role. This isn't a one-off (I wouldn't have fed back on the basis of one contact) it is every time I go. Little things, such as a smile and a "can do" attitude would go a long way.
