having to wait over 30 minutes on the phone

Told to go online at 7am by 7.05 am all the appointments have gone.
Told to phone up at 8am waiting on the phone for ages in a queue

One group member commented about Peel House Surgery in Accrington. They said the
practice is really good and have no issues when it comes to booking an appointment.
