Quality of Dr dependent on who you see

Quality of doctors is dependent on who you see, the receptionists are a bit nosy and ask too many questions, some get snotty if you don't want to tell them. Told to put olive oil in ear with ear infection but had a reaction. They said it wasn't that bad. I ended up going to A&E and they said it was really bad.
