I've had no problems with this surgery. I did move as I was at another surgery but it was too far to get to so I moved a few months ago. I do like it and I can get an appointment when I ring. The only thing is I didn't know the surgery I was at was connected to this one so I could have stayed at the other and made an appointment at this one.

I went to see the doctor last year and they put me on medication and said they would follow up with me in 3 months to see if it was working. I received nothing from the doctors so I called them and they told me they couldn't get me an appointment. I asked them to send a note to the doctor and the next time I saw them they seemed oblivious that we had that conversation. How are patients supposed to be monitored if the doctors can't remember what they've prescribed and for how long.

Can not get an appointment. Not able to prebook appointments around own commitments. No reasonable adjustments for physical disabilities.
Practice manager does not follow up.
Never a GP available.

I contacted the surgery to get some assistance for my child who is undergoing a diagnosis. I tried to get a face to face appointment and spent a long time on the phone waiting to be spoken to. All appointments that I was eventually able to get where over the phone and it did not give me the opportunity to properly explain the situation.
