I am unhappy with the changed service

I am not happy with the new system of having to see the dentist to get a referral for a scale and polish. I am used to making a regular appointment for a scale and polish.

Dental plate fitted, cost Â£2019.00

Dental plate fitted at cost of Â£2019.00 and has started moving around.
Paid additional Â£200.00 for treatment and still having issues.
This is not acceptable.
