Everytime I go they listen to me

I have visited the practice several times for various reasons and they have always treated me with dignity and respect. I dont usually have issues making an appointment because I use an app which means it is easy to get an appointment.

Hard to get an appointment

I don’t often ring my doctor but when I do I don’t even bother to call at 8am I usually wait till after 9am but then I am sometimes unable to make an appointment at all. I dont have any issues with the care they give though it is just hard to get in.
