Dr Bhat's Higher Heys Surgery

Practice paramedic doesn't introduce herself as that, nor does she look at a patient's notes before ringing them. Unprofessional. Bad practice. Not a good look for the Gp surgery. Waste of time. Never thought this surgery would get so bad but unfortunately it has. You'd have more chance of winning the lottery than even speaking to Dr Bhat! When you request a consultation you get passed to a paramedic who knows nothing about you because doesn't look at your notes!!
