Very good surgery

This is an excellent surgery, I have Doctor Ahmed and I can always get an appointment. I have no problems ringing in the morning and I really like the surgery.

Fantastic, Very helpful staff

They are a fantastic surgery. The staff really helped me with my partner's health issue. They made an appointment and we were very quickly seen by Dr Ahmad. They always respond quickly when we ring and I cannot fault the service at all.

I dont always get to see who I want

I have attended the surgery many times and I have not always been directed to who I feel is the right person. I have a long term condition which I am concerned about and I keep getting referred to Nurse Practitioners who I have mentioned my concerns to. I want to see a GP about what is happening due to the history in my family.

I am sorry you have not been able to see the clinician of choice. We do have appointments available for GP's but sometimes the wait can be up to 2 weeks for specific GP's. If you require an appointment to see a GP please inform the receptionist that you wish to have your appointment with a GP and not a ANP.
