Project Officer (For Volunteers and Programme Support)

Healthwatch Lancashire is looking for a Project Officer to join their operational team.

The role will be to co-ordinate and deliver an efficient volunteer programme by involving volunteers in a range of health and social care related activities in support of the work of Healthwatch Lancashire.

  • Salary: £20,000 per annum.
  • Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week Monday to Friday – with very occasional evening and weekend work
  • Contract: Fixed term until end of March 2017, reviewed subject to continued funding. Role to commence September 2016.
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays – pro rata.

The Project Officer will work closely with a team of Project Officers and also with other Healthwatch Lancashire staff.  The role focuses on programme support, public engagement and the delivery of outcomes.

  • Salary: £20,000 per annum.
  • Hours: Full time, 37 hours a week Monday to Friday – with very occasional evening and weekend work
  • Contract: Fixed term until end of March 2017, reviewed subject to continued funding. Role to commence September 2016.
  • Holidays: 25 days plus bank holidays – pro rata.
