Video published to show how your voice makes a difference

Healthwatch Lancashire has produced a video to show how the members of the public can make a difference when it comes to health and social care in Lancashire.

The video shows that Healthwatch Lancashire’s role is to listen to people’s experiences with their GP practices, care homes, dentists, pharmacies, home care services and hospitals to find out what really matters to people in Lancashire and to find out how services can be improved.

Healthwatch Lancashire Communications Manager, Neil Greaves, said: “The video aims to bring to life the work of Healthwatch Lancashire in helping to improve the health and social care services we all use by listening to views and opinions from people in Lancashire.”

The video will be used by the Healthwatch Lancashire engagement team in activities that take place across Lancashire and will shared on Healthwatch Lancashire’s website Facebook and Twitter pages.
