Three new team members join Healthwatch Lancashire to increase engagement footprint across Lancashire

Healthwatch Lancashire has recruited three new members of staff to help increase public engagement, volunteer recruitment, impact analysis and communications.

Sam Parker has joined as Communications Officer, Jess Wood as Project Officer (Volunteers and Projects) and Beth Tildesley as Project Officer (Programme Support and Public Engagement).

The new members of the team have vast amounts of experience from a range of health and social care settings, as well as journalism, communications, volunteering and youth and community. They will focus on increasing Healthwatch Lancashire’s engagement footprint as it aims to improve health and social care services in Lancashire.

Sheralee Turner-Birchall, Chief Officer of Healthwatch Lancashire, said: “Our new team members have a vast amount of knowledge, skills and enthusiasm which will really benefit Healthwatch Lancashire’s projects and activities.

“We are delighted to have them on board and look forward to moving forward with some exciting new projects.”
