NHS Fylde and Wyre CCG want to hear your views

NHS Fylde and Wyre Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are holding “Listening Cafés” throughout February.

The Listening Cafés operate on a drop-in basis, where people can talk face to face with the CCG about any concerns, compliments or good ideas they have.  The patient experience team will be on hand for members of the public to share experiences and views about health services.

The drop-in sessions will take place on the following dates, and there is no need to make an appointment:

  • Saturday 7 February, 2pm – 3pm, Just Good Friends Group, Pensioners Hall, St. Albans Road, St. Annes-on-Sea.
  • Monday 9 February, 3pm-4pm, Lytham Library, 27 Clifton Street, Lytham.
  • 24 February, 11am – 3pm, Fylde Together Showcase, Lowther Pavilion, Lytham.

Jennifer Aldridge, Chief Nursing Officer at NHS Fylde and Wyre CCG and Executive Lead for Patient Engagement, said: “Our Listening Cafés are an important part of what the CCG does. In taking the time to talk to our residents we understand what is important to them and this helps us to develop high quality services.”

For further information about the drop-in sessions please contact the CCG on 01253 956400 or email enquiries@fyldeandwyreccg.nhs.uk.
