Healthwatch Lancashire takes to the streets at Accrington Market
The Healthwatch Lancashire team continued their endeavours to get to the heart of communities in Lancashire last week at Accrington Market. This was an opportunity for members of the public to meet the team and make sure their voice is heard when it comes to health and social care services.
Healthwatch Lancashire has been visiting a number of community groups, public spaces, hospitals and GPs to make sure the people of Lancashire have the opportunity to have their say on the way services are provided.
Feedback collected from visitors to Accrington Market will be published in a Community Engagement Report, and will be available on the Healthwatch Lancashire website.
If you would like to suggest venues or locations where the Healthwatch Lancashire team can listen to your views, then contact the team or visit the events page on the Healthwatch Lancashire website for more details of where our team will be.
Healthwatch Lancashire’s Communications Manager, Neil Greaves, said “Healthwatch Lancashire prides itself on giving people the opportunity to share the views about the services they use. Our team take the opportunities to visit communities across Lancashire with the aim for all people to be able to tell others that they’ve had their say”.
