Healthwatch Lancashire takes to the road to hear your views

The Healthwatch team has been listening to residents of Lancashire to find out how they travel to primary health and care services and this week they took the bus to hear your views on transport.

The “Your Care and Getting There” study aims to gather views from residents across the whole of Lancashire relating to their transport to primary care services such as GP practices, dentists, health centres, opticians and pharmacies and the impact this has on attending appointments.

The findings of this research will be shared with those who manage and commission health and social care services in Lancashire including NHS and Clinical Commissioning Groups.
