Feedback summary for March and April

Healthwatch Lancashire has been engaging with residents across Lancashire to gather their views on local services.

The statistics below provide a summary of the feedback Healthwatch Lancashire have collected relating to Lancashire health and social care services between 1st March and 30 April 2015 through engagement activities and online reviews. This feedback is shared anonymously with those who manage and run services with an aim to improve services based on the opinions and views of the public.

These statistics do not include the project and campaign work that Healthwatch Lancashire are undertaking in collaboration with health and social care providers in Lancashire including Age UK, Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust, Preston Community Transport, Macmillan to name just a few.

Feedback and experiences received by Healthwatch Lancashire are provided in a reports to those who manage, run and commission the service with a request for a response to the comments with any actions as a result. The feedback may also be shared with the Care Quality Commission, Healthwatch England, NHS England. All feedback is passed on anonymously.
