In 2015, Healthwatch Lancashire gathered more than 6,000 responses to surveys or reviews of health and social care services.
The information we receive is collated, analysed and presented to those who manage, run, commission and regulate health and social care services in Lancashire to influence service improvement.
We have supported the development of an Informatics system which helps us to identify the trends, themes and sentiment of the information we collect which is used to identify new projects and influences our activities in a range of health and social care environments.
The informatics system is an innovative platform for Healthwatch Lancashire to understand how services are performing, both collectively and individually.
Healthwatch Lancashire uses your views, comments and experiences to collate a range of high quality reports which can be used to raise awareness for the views of particular groups or to show how people have said services are performing (see left).
