Exceptional surgery

November 20, 2023
This surgery is exceptional I can't fault them at all. We've been with them over a year now and never struggle to make an appointment and the care is lovely.

I am very happy with this surgery.they call me for yearly check ups and reviews of my medication. I feel I can get an appointment if I need one and the staff are very friendly.

Good app

August 22, 2023
I use the app to get an appointment as it is better than phoning up. You have to ring up at 8 to get an appointment but I use their app and never have any problems. Its not the MyGp app, they have their own.

really hard to get an appointment

August 1, 2023
It is so hard to get an appointment here, i really struggle and then get told to ring back tomorrow. I rang last week and they told me to go to the pharmacy so i did but they said i need a doctors appointment. so i rang the surgery back and they said its the pharmacies job and not ours.

Professional and personal

January 26, 2023
When visiting the surgery the receptionists were very efficient and helpful, the clinicians appeared to know why you had come and were helpful and friendly.
To get an appointment it was necessary to visit rather than phone. There was a reluctance to see patients face to face rather than phone,

Breast cancer diagnosis and after care

January 26, 2023
From finding a lump to being referred less than 48 hours very quick and responsive, mid covid lock down. I regularly get my bloods done, prescription re ordered and ongoing treatment from the nurses. All the staff including reception are polite friendly and professional.

St John's Ambulance / GP Practice,

June 29, 2015
Father seemed unwell so the doctor was called. The doctor came out and said he was dehydrated and phoned an ambulance. St Johns Ambulance was phoned and said it was more serious but stayed in the ambulance with my father for 4 hours. He died that night in hospital.
