Hard to get an appointment

I ring at the same time in the morning and I cant' get an appointment. Sometimes appointments aren't on the same day and you have to wait a few days to see a doctor. They only do phone call appointments and can only see a doctor face to face after you've spoken to them on the phone.

This is a very good surgery. I am a carer and i can always get an appointment for my relative. They do a mini MOT every time we go and they are very helpful and supportive. Anything I ask for they really help me with.

This is a very good surgery, they are very supportive and i always get an appointment. Every time I go I feel I get checked over fully.

This surgery are excellent, I can always get an appointment. I went in for pain and they did a full MOT on me and found something completely unrelated. I can't fault this surgery at all.

I am happy with my gp. It can be hard to get an appointment on the day but they always have one the next day. The staff are always lovely towards me.

I went to see a nurse a couple of weeks ago as I thought the concern I had was not serious but she told me that i needed to see a doctor about it. They were so lovely and explained everything to me, I wouldn't have known to see a doctor without her.
