Very supportive

Went for HRT at the practice and they were so supportive. Had regular follow ups and the listening was so important as I had brain fog and this helped me immensely - thanks!
The changes have left a poorer service

It is difficult to get an appointment with your GP. I was given a new GP in August who I have yet to meet. My consultations have been by phone with a duty Doctor. I preferred the system where there was continuity of care, with a GP who new your experience of chronic conditions.
