Read our Annual Report 2015/16 which summarises Healthwatch Lancashire’s achievements over the past year and details how we’ve used the public voice to make a difference to the health and social care services we all use.
The Annual Report reveals that Healthwatch Lancashire listened to the views of more than 6,000 people throughout the year and conducted more than 471 visits to local health and social care services.
We have published 50 reports and can reveal that more than 90% of people we listened to did not share their feedback with any other organisation or service, demonstrating the value we add to the system.
